Looking for reliable coaches. I have been the OC and DC the last 2 season so I know what it takes.
We started this team 2 seasons ago (Cap 18)and just filled the roster, were under leveled but over achieved with an 11-5 record, 2 upsets in the playoffs before having our asses handed to us in the Conference Championship.
Last season we were moved to Elite 30, did a complete rebuild as we were nowhere near the level of players needed. Competed very well went 8-8.
This season we are matched extremelly well in a competitive 30 league. Have an excellent champ to go far.
