It does what it is supposed to do and more. Problem is, it's not very noticeable visually.

It works a lot of times, you won't see it get called like other SA's but it does work.

It works. It definitely helps when you are doubled-team. Just remember when you're double-teamed the chance is already slim your player will do anything, and thus even when Breakthrough worked you won't "notice it" by seeing a sack or something.
