More confidence I would say. Looks like nonboosting and no CE player so mayby thats reason for not getting signed as you will fall behind other players in the team when they boost.

Thanks for the confidence help. I thought that I had custom equipment? I am missing something?

You need to get some shopping tokens and buy some special equipment for your player.

Confidence does need to come up, and maybe get your agility a little higher!
