I have alot of experience and have been an OC on and off since season 3 and have 8 seasons of experience. The reason i have been on and off has been mostly in part I have been looking for the right team and spot. I am very good with the AI and love to scout. Picking up tendencies is something I take pride in and I am damn good at it imo.
My philosophy really depends on the team but in a perfect world I would run about a 60-40 Run pass ratio with a lot of in between the tackles straight ahead running. Best way to the endzone is straight ahead. As for passing I like short, controlled, high percentage passing. Basically my goal is to move the chains and get long drives to tire out the defense and keep the D fresh while making out job easier later in the game. My biggest strength in my opinion is situational play calling. Whether its 3rd and 7 or 4th and Goal I usually have an input in there that will be successful
As a recruiter i am pretty good but I wouldnt say great. Hopefully you guys have a farm system so this wont be a problem.
