What should I be doing? More speed? I intend on getting Catching up to a natural 68, then everything into speed until 100. Is this a good way to go?

You deifnetly need to start working on speed an agility alot more..It is going to take alot of work to fix the build up but it is possible it isnt that bad..But yeah id go all SP in speed/Agility and train either Carrying/Confidence if you want him to be a Agility reciver or Carrying/Strength if you want him to be a Tackle breaking Reciver..
