It's one of those builds that is more effective NOW then it will be when he gets to lvl 55+. You didn't cap speed or agility high enough early enough. You are looking at an end of build scenario with like 115 speed/80 agility if you hit your SA's properly...cap confidence stamina strength, pump up your extra SA then go back to agility and maybe some vision.

So that's on the low side. Right now he's probably a functional 7/10 or so. By the time he gets to be lvl 60 you will probably be looking at a 4/10 and someone you'd want to retire.

115/80? i think i can get close to 120/85. thanks for the input though.

But he's right. Honestly your goal should be 2 attributes over or close to 100. I'd say he's more running at 8/10 right now and 6/10 at the higher levels
