How much will like 4 first step affect a starting HB with 105 speed? I don't have any sp in first step and i was wondering if it really helps HBs at all.

Only for receiving. Much better to invest in Quick Cut, Juke, Spin etc.

Depends on how you run.....
Super Elusive makes you slow down way more then you would think......
On my elusive HB, which runs on SE, I routinely have FS fire a couple times on a run. I also have First Step at 7 or something like that.....
