I'd say no until its at least close to or above 70 at minimum. You also need a good amount of vision I believe to have it kick in. My 80 speed 100+ agility WR had a 7 juke but it never seemed to kick in from vision only being a 32 at the moment. Once I second cap vision maybe I'll see it fire more.
