Thinking on which extra SA Im going to take for my WR. Thinking of catch in stride, lower the shoulder or power through?
For power through it says it can be better than lower the shoulder for breaking tackles but relay on strength and size to do it any idea on how far i need to go with strength to make power through a better choice than lower the shoulder?
