I built a powerback with hi str and spd to plow tween tackles. Should I just put 15 sps to spd and then select powerback archetype or take a different course of action?

Strange build type. But you need both Carry to 2'nd cap (60) same with Agility. I'd first go with Carry as that will increase the BrkTackles
