How high does everyone like taking jumping for Free Safety's?
How much does it help at battling for INTs/PD's?

Is ~62 (60 cap) enough or do you like ~70 (68 cap)?

depends on what your other attributes are.

True, more in one would mean less in another.

But lets take Tackling for instance:
Would you rather have Jumping 70 / Tackling 60 or Jumping 60/ Tackling 70.

Im a bit on the fence on this one.

I wouldn't consider it that high unless you're building a pure coverage SS. 40 for Ball Hawk is sufficient, imo.

How high is your dot's vision?
The higher your vision the more effective points into jumping will be.

Jumping definitely helps a lot with PD's, and I assume it plays a decent roll in INT's... but jumping is the main attribute concerned with PD's... along with of course vision to have enough time to get to the right spot, and speed and agility to get your dot to where it needs to be quick enough... but once your in the right spot jumping is the most effective attribute to actually make the PD... as for INT's... I'd assume STR, CAT, AGI, VIS, JUM, and CON all play a roll.

If your dot isn't focused on forcing fumbles and tackling on anything other than wrap up, then I think you can get away with 60 Tackling / 70 Jumping, especially if you get a %make tackle piece. I've never seen an open safety/lb build with 70 jumping, but if you're focused on coverage I think this might be a great idea.

pure coverage should 68 cap

everything else get ball hawk, jumping isn't the most useful stat.
vision, tackling, probably even strength are more important
for a hard hitter 40 is the maximum and I'd work on it later in the build

60 with level gains is enough for me.... has anyone found a real difference taking it to 68?
