What are the best VA for Pocket Passer's or non-Scramble QB's in general?

Depends there are alot of VAs out there for pocket passers. The first thing is does your pocket passer have high vision? if he does my personal favorites are. Hard Count, Clever Instinct, and Clock Manager and/or Natural Leader. With those abilities you are looking at a guy who can manipulate the secondary and get his WRs open, especially if your team is built around short yard passes with poss recievers that get open early. To another point these stack well with the Quick Read/Pump Fake SAs. As far as attribute VAs go I love Football Genius because it goes well with the other VAs I have, you can get throwing up on its own, but if you want it to be really great you could get Laser Arm, but it isn't required really as long as you slow-build your throwing it'll reach the 100 mark without that VA.

So to sum it up i'd start wih either Hard Count or Natural Leader, if you put SA points in Field General early. If you decided to put alot of points into pump fake early than Clever Instinct should be the one, unless you want to get more vision early and in that case go with Football Genius the boost to Vision can really add up if you focus on this one early.

Think of this build as a Drew Brees or Manning type QB with these VAs both of these guys are masterful at manipulating the secondary, are great leaders, and dominate in the 2 minute drill, and have a great hard count.

What about Quick Release? Is that a good one?

Quick release is great especially if you combine it with Pump Fake and Clever Instinct, as well as quick read... that'll allow you to hit your recievers early in routes when they are open.
