I'm building a slot receiver...would a +3% not fumble chance help not have the ball knocked loose due to linebackers with a good amount of jackhammer?

I wish %not fumble would help with KL balls, and it kinda makes sense that it would since that is a fumble roll
but my understanding is that %not fumble doesn't help with KL, just with actual fumbles. So it's not very useful for a WR.
