are these two players on the right track??

With the DT, I would take your STR up to 77 minimum ASAP.

With the DE, get your STR up to 73 or 77 ASAP, don't worry about his SPD until you get your STR up

This is just my opinion though

For you DT start putting sp in strength only till 77 or 81 while training speed and tackling. Once strength is up to at least 77 then go back to agility and take it to 77 all the while training speed and tackling. That should take you to about level 25-30.

It depends of a lot of stuff. LDE or RDE? DT or NT? 3-4 team too or exclusively 4-3 ? A lot of things influence what your player needs to do. And anyway, you're gonna be raising the same attributes, just in a different order...

You can guess he's going RDE though with the agility start and the speed training to date.

Answering the question, your DE looks good. I would get that speed up to the 2:1 cap first so you can get some auto gain bonus action. Then you can 5:1 cap agility.

That DT is off track. I think you missed out on some auto gains by not hitting strength first. That should be your focus to 77 for quite some time.

so, in your opinion, if you want to make a RDE, you take AGI to 77 cap then SPD to 77 cap?? I am not trying to be a smart ass or anything like that, I just want to know so that I can make a RDE that is effective. What would you take a RDE's STR too??

Anyone wanna tell me if I should do Archetypes for these two players??

which one would it be pass rush or run stuff?? or even combo?

I still say we need more info but

If @ a 4-3 team or a 3-4 team that isn't specialized, make your DE a pass rusher, but don't neglect strength, you'll need around 90-100 in the endgame.
If at a specialzed 3-4 team, make your DE a run stopper.

For the DT most likely you'd choose run stuffer either way :\ nowadays agility DTs seem to be taking a bit hit...



(also, you MUST choose archetypes, it's not just an option for you).
