The Chicago wind is a Mustang. Every Mustang straps on helmets, pads, and cleats. Yells, chants, and banging lockers are only heard by the players themselves. Tim Harper looks around the locker room, only looking at one thing. Winners. He takes and drag and tells them to get on that fucking field and play some football. The crowd roars throughout Thundering Herd Stadium. The Mustangs are unlike any other team. They don't just play with passion, but they play with every single sweat, blood, and tear in their body. Mustangs defense stampede the competition while the Mustangs offense gallops to victory. The Chicago wind is a Mustang.
Mustangs lost, Mustangs lost! Those were the chats that Washington fans screamed after the Mustangs lost in the USA Pro Championship 30-0. Now it is a new season and Mustangs have something they need to prove. Not only to the people around them but there fans and more improtantly themselves.
Season 3 Game 1 will be against none other then the Sabercats. A team that has not made the playoffs within the two years. Mustangs have beaten them twice in the last two years. When asking the Mustangs on what they thought of there first game they had a lot to say,
"It doesn't matter who we play, we are coming off a tough championship loss and some scapegoat is going to have to take a pounding from us," Replied Pete Speedy.
Tim Harper the Coach of the Mustangs even chimed in a reply saying,
"How does it feel to be given a free win? Answer that and you can come talk to me later." Some of the teammates even started to poke a couple jokes in saying,
"Playing who? They have a team out there?" Laughed Alex Bookman.
"Sacremento, Sacremento, we talkin' 'bout Sacremento, no no, not a real team, we talkin' 'bout Sacremento." As Happy Gilmore tried to say with a straight face.
When asking Sam Bolster all he could do is laugh.
We also asked Tim about what he was planning to do he replyed with no hesitation and a smirk on his face, "Run, Pass, Putt, Skip and Jump well. Other then that, just run over teams like we always do."
To end the Team Press Conference we asked what weaknesses the Mustangs were planning on exposing and were given plenty of answers.
"Every position of theirs is a weakness. It is just a matter of which one happens to get hit the most in the game." Coach Tim had said first looking serious.
"I've been told the back of the knees is a pretty good place to start," announced by JD Hughly as his chubby face tried to give a little grin.
"We have already attacked their weaknesses of sloppy game planning and poor preparation, so when it comes to the game we will be more ready for the game than they will resulting in a win. Somebody once said, the game is 90% mental and 10% physical, so we attack them mentally before the game starts and get them all psyched out," replied Bug Eater as he took a bite of a Hot Pocket.
"Uhh... do you think they have a chance at covering me? Sam Bolster asked intentively.
"Do they have anything NOT considered a weakness?" Which was asked by Stinky Crotch the Mustangs starter center.
"The O-Line. Law Jackson and MoD will dominate," which Lawrence Jackson said in third person, tried to be funny and act like Coach Harper.
The Mustangs lost last seasons Championship but this season the Mustangs will be ready to stomp out any team that plays them. Mustangs road to the Championship has started.
