Against weaker to average teams Hard breaks a tackle just about every carry.. but against better opponents he averages like 2-3 yards a carry.. and really doesn't produce AT ALL..

Is it coaching? Is it the build? Let me know what you think.. Should I start over?

I think he looks like a decent power back but I've never built a power back before. I would increase carrying and also work on vision/confidence probably through intense training. Once you take carrying to the 48 cap or maybe even the 60 cap I would get speed up so he can get outside the strong hitters.
