He's a lvl 30 DE, and doesn't seem to be getting the amount of sacks I think he should.
What do you think the best settings would be for him?

As far as tactics its pretty straight forward. With the changes starting last season to this season. He needs more Agility. 90+ Agility. 100 Speed/100 Agility is a good reasonable goal for a DE. They way you've built him is like a LB, remember hes a DE. I would try for the current time. Pull +6 out of his Custom Equipment and put it into Agility for a 90 Speed/77 Agility maybe with next leveling up try for 90 Speed/80 Agility by level 32. Your gonna be eligible for more equipment upgrades soon so 90 Speed/80 Agility in 2 levels is definately possible. Your hurries or sacks will go up.

You didn't mention his Vision and if hes getting hurries or not.

He's leading the league with sacks - 30, and has 41 hurries. He's also in the lead for D MVP again this season.

Still, it seems like he should have more sacks. I like the speed base, so he can get out in the flat fast on certain plays to stop a fast RB, or QB. It works great for that. I thought there might be some tactic tweak that might help. I guess he won't get more sacks until I get agility up, and better vision
