You have a nice build going. Here are my thoughts...
Reset your VAs next season. Consider things like Quick Feet, Slippery (which you already have so just put more into it), or Scat Back (if your team passes to the RBs alot). This is not make or break at your level, just some options to consider but stay away from the Attribute raising stats because they dont give you much bang for your buck.
Don't put anymore points into Special Abilities for awhile. Maybe give it a season before you go back to them. They will pay off better once you are in the level 40s.
Carrying, consider taking that to 48 (soft cap). Will pay off nicely and help avoid some fumbling especially with your lower STR.
Speed/Agi are still your golden attributes so keep working them. I would get them both to the point where it takes 5 points to increase your rating.
Eventually you do need to work up your STR and Confidence to 48 (Soft cap) but not a massive priority. Since you have no custom EQ I am guessing you may not boost either so all the above should keep you busy for several seasons!!
