I have 53 SP stored up...

I know top priorities are 73 speed/agi/vision

When should I start applying the SP??

Retire.

Put SPs into speed when you can get it to 48, then again to 60, then again to 68.

lol why retire?

Would it not make more since to train speed up while I get more training points for it thus saving more SP for later?

No. You already lost out on important level gains by not taking speed to 48 ASAP. Wait until the new archtypes come out and start over.

every other CB i look at that has started this season and maxed speed already are all level 7-9. Very few at level 9. What level gains did i miss?

nm, I get what you are saying. I went ahead and threw it into speed, I think it would be stupid to retire this early in.

No, "this early in" is exactly when you want to retire. You're not losing anything.
