you should get the attributes (SPD/VIS/AGI/etc...) to where you want them before spending points on SA. in a FS case that could be SPD to 73, VIS and AGI to 68. there are a lot of different oppinions (and rightfully so) on where to stop investing in these "big three", but they should IMO be at least 68 each. can't neglect JUM, TAC or STR either...
FSs are fun, but hard to build right and normally don't produce stats. :-)
