Cross posted from elusive back forum.

I have recently bought some AEQ that I think is an improvement, but don't have the bonus tokens to upgrade it without selling some equipment. I would appreciate a bit of advice about what to dump.

Currently I am wearing:

Superior Yellow Shirt +4 speed, Break tackle chance +10%
Superior Purple Cleats +5 speed, +3 Juke SA
Black Visor +5 speed
Black Gloves +4 speed

The gloves and shirt might be upgraded depending on what I decide about my other equipment options, as I also have un-upgraded:

Superior Yellow Shirt Not fumble chance +3%
Superior Grey Shirt +2 carrying
Superior White Doo Rag Fake chance +3%
Superior Purple Visor +1 catching, +1 Quick Cut SA
Superior Black Gloves +2 speed, Catch ball chance +2%

This is for an elusive back current (without eq) Speed 79 Agility 72 Vision 43, Carrying 28, Strength 26. Points going into agility until 5:1 cap while training vision, then points into vision while training strength + carrying.

So, do I sell the +break tackle % piece?
Clearly the gloves are worth having as they have +2 primary attribute already...
The catching + quickcut visor will also be an improvement when I can upgrade it.

Are there any obvious options on what to upgrade now, keep for later or sell?

Thanks, Oli

What are the base values for your AEQ?

I would dump the Break Tackle % unless he's going to be combo anytime in the near future. Quick cut would be good, not sure if I like it with a +1 catching though. The extra point of speed is probably not worth it.

I agree that dumping the break tackle piece is probably one of the things to do.

The first two items were just (I think) Superior Purple Cleats +1 Juke SA and
Superior Yellow Shirt Break tackle chance +2% before I upgraded them.

The second list of AEQ has not been upgraded yet.

Surely the +1 catching is only a good thing on the quick cut piece. Sure, agility would be better, but at least it has got a bonus on a half useful stat for me.

I've currently got 14 bonus tokens and 72 tokens already invested (40 in the juke cleats and 32 in the break tackle piece). If I sold the break tackle piece I think I'd fully upgrade the speed and catch ball gloves and maybe upgrade a basic shirt until I have enough bonus points to upgrade a third bit of AEQ.

Thanks for the help.

Right now.... Drop break tackle upgrade the not fumble% as a temp piece. Keep teh QC in teh background and dump the rest.

Run atm Juke+ Not Fumble as you build you attributes. When you start to bring up Carry can start looking to swap the not fumble% out for something better for the build. Generally Speaking getting a QC, HF or Spin would be the best route to go with your second piece or even a Fake % AEQ if you want to really try and make him elusive, The Fake % would mean higher investment into SA's as would want HF and Juke high as possible as Spin is not a fake.

Thanks for the advice.

Aren't the Superior Black Gloves +2 speed, Catch ball chance +2% worth having?

They are not yet upgraded and will give me +2 speed and some extra catches on top of standard equipment. The speed alone would be worth 12 skill points in effect...
