Alright everyone i recently just got a ton of free time and i'm looking to getting back in to coordinating on GLB. I was the OC and DC of the Ontario Beavers for season 6 and 7 where they went all the way to the championship, from their i went to a couple of other teams that in all honesty i couldn't stay focused in and i ended up just getting bored. I am looking for a heavily active team that uses their forums. I do a lot of my own scouting but like to listen to others opinions as well
Offensive Philosophy: Ground and pound I tend to like to run a bit around 60-65% of the plays. i like to attack the strong side with dives and tosses. Usually looking for a team with a great blocking FB to open up the holes for the HB. I am also a heavy believer and getting the ball to the tight end so hopefully your teams have a receiving tight end.
Defensive Philosophy: I am a fond believer in run blitzing the strong side and containing the run forcing teams to pass. This goes great with the offensive philosophy too allowing more TOP for are team. for run heavy teams i tend to run a lot of 4-4 and blitz the outside backers.
I am a very active and mature person. I tend to post the tactics and gameplan for each game a day or 2 before each game to give people time. If interested in hiring me PM me. I would prefer to be a head coach but i'll take whatever at the moment. Please only active owners
