I am looking for someone with a new team willing to show me the ropes of the AI for offense, defense, or both. I own a level 42 minors team and co-own an AAA that I run the day to day for. My strengths have always been as a team president who deals with the players/contracts, recruiting, and finances/EQ fund management. I am very good at what I do, but I would like to spend a few seasons learning from an experienced coordinator who can teach me how to run an offense or defense so I can be a more complete owner and co-owner.
