I don't have too much experience with GLB and WRs, so please feel free to add on and discuss.
Catch Ball Chance:
By far the best % piece to own for a WR IMO. Naturally you have a good chance of catching the ball with a decent build, say 75%. Add 10 to 15% on top of that and you have increased you chance to well into the 80s. Yes I know their multiplicative, not additive.
Fake Chance:
1st, I believe I have read that this works on both Route Running and After the catch... more effective After the Catch from what I remember. Not a bad piece but not one I like either. I have a piece on and I don't see much Faking during my Route Running. I see a Fake every now and again After my catches but most WRs only touch the ball about 2 to 5 times a game. So this piece isn't doing to much IMO, Better if your a returner.
Add: Increases Fake SAs firing... which makes a good piece if you invest in SAs. But the rule of thumb is to have a player in the 40s before putting in SAs.
Break Tackle:
Similar to Fake Chance except you need to have an unusual amount of Str & Carry for it to be effective. If you do have a build that is Stronger than most CBs than this piece can be effective.
Not Fumble Chance:
I don't see many WRs Fumble, either because the CBs don't have enough Strength to cause them and WRs don't touch the ball often. They don't get hit enough to reduce their Morale like RBs. Pretty much worthless. If your Guy is a returner and has low Carry then the piece could have a use.
Hold Block:
A good piece if your a Blocking WR, you figure that your going to be holding a block just as long if not longer than a Fullback or Lineman on a Running Play since the WR is blocking down field. As good to have on a player that is blocking on ST.
Deflect Ball Chance: useless
