What effect does Change Direction have on the Agility attribute?

Is there a formula that details how much your Agility increases per point in Change Direction?

I know, it's the same question...one is for one type of answer...the other for another.

My thought was it has nothing to do directly with agility. Just that it was another modifier into what angle you can make a cut at and how much speed you lose in doing so.
