This is his first season in the Pros, and he is crapping himself every single chance he gets. He has a similar (if not better on attributes) build than the starter on the team, and yet he throws more INTs than completions (slightly exaggerated, but only slightly).

Where am I missing out on his build? More Pocket Presence? More vision?? (his vision is already higher than the starters though). This season has been extremely frustrating for me, as I can't nail down why he stinks on ice.

Tactics are as follows in case that helps...
Passing Style -75%
Passing Priority -65%
Favor Long Passes = Yes
Throwaway Threshold = Medium

Maybe he is just not one of the "chosen dots"

PP couldn't hurt. I'd also get Tight Spiral to 10.

I think laying off of the bullet passing and throwing more "lofty" may help, especially if you have not changed your settings since last season. Try setting Style to 0 and recalibrating.

Both QBs on the team have the same exact tactics settings, so I am not leaning towards that (yet).

I have to believe the few SPs he is missing in the PP and TS SAs are making a lot more of a difference than I would imagine it should.
