GOTW1
Team Perkis (3-2) vs Warsaw Wolves (3-2)
This one is difficult to call...Perkis have failed to impress against strong opposition whilst Warsaw seem to have got their game going after a stuttering start. I'm going to go for Perkis to get the win in this one - I think their running backs will be too much for Warsaw to handle. Only just mind!
Prediction: Perkis by 5.
Actual: Perkis 24-21 - nailed it! (just about anyway!) It needed epic ball control in the final quarter though...12:36 possession is unreal! Their stock has definitely risen in my mind.

Bath Killer Bees (3-2) vs D-Town Bushwalkers (3-2)
Coming off a surprising (to me anyway!) defeat to Dresden, the Bees are really feeling the hangover of missing out against Korb last season (chemistry maybe?). They should pick up the win against D-Town though, who have struggled against LTS and Lyon and are probably slightly fortunate to be at 3-2.
Prediction: Bath by 28.
Actual: Bath 30-7 - looked like Bath were going to run away with it, until D-Town finally came into the game in the 2nd half. Still don't know where to put D-Town at the end of the season, although they're still just about in the hunt for 8th spot.
Hamburg Parrots (3-2) vs Belfast Commandos (2-3)
This game would be higher had it not been for Belfast's poor start to the season, though I wouldn't put it past them to spring a surprise there. Their offense have shown signs of getting going, and it might just need the weak Hamburg defense to finally kick start their season. I just can't make heads or tails of the Parrots this season...maybe that's their masterplan
Prediction: Hamburg by 7.
Actual: Hamburg 69-20 - this is what the Parrots can do when on a roll...their QBs had awesome numbers today and ripped the Belfast secondary to pieces. I've got serious doubts now whether Belfast will make the playoffs.
Amsterdam Affliction (5-0) vs Bjelasnica Red Star (2-3)
I like Red Star, and as long as they keep the core of the team together and put some good effort into recruiting then they'll be a force next season. This season their inexperience is showing against the better teams, and Amsterdam will just have too much for them.
Prediction: Amsterdam by 14
Actual: 53-13 - I was a little generous to Bjelasnica here, who have two 1st quarter INTs to thank for this score not being a lot bigger. Amsterdam are the real deal, and the Week 13 matchup against LTS is going to be great!
The Evil Empire (4-1) vs Stockholm Meatballs (0-5)
It just doesn't get any easier for the Meatballs, who will look at scoring double figures as a victory against the Empire.
Prediction: Empire by 50.
Actual: Empire 54-9 - Stockholm just couldn't get the offense working, although their kicker looks good. The safety on the last play was a bit lol.
La Tourette Syndrome (5-0) vs Rome Titans (0-5)
Rome can score points, but can't defend for toffee. Our aim is to keep them scoreless!
Actual: LTS 92-0 - mission accomplished!
Lyon Winemakers (3-2) vs Plainview Bulldogs (0-5)
C'mon Plainview...gimmee something to work with here!! Lyon will be able to recover from their previous game with a convincing victory.
Prediction: Lyon by 77.
Actual: Lyon 73-0 - as expected, although Plainview won the ToP battle...I CAN WORK WITH THAT!
Dresden Demons (4-1) vs Parts Unknown (0-5)
This could very easily be another 100+ game...I'll see it as a Parts victory if it isn't. At least they haven't shown signs of gutting...lets hope they get some reward this season!
Prediction: Dresden by 105
Actual: Dresden 115-0 - Week 11 GOTW will be Parts vs. Plainview, I don't care what anyone thinks...these two will serve up a cracker! As for this game, there was no Parts victory anywhere on the field.
