Lets get some things straight right off the bat. I dont patronize owners or agents if you have a complaint about my OCing lets talk like adults dont just up and fire me. The offense will be run my way and I do that with the best builds on the team and I can also shuffle equipment around so you should have enough money in case I need to do that.
Second I run a ball control offense so if your looking for 60 points a game go look for someone else because that is not me.
Third I need a good defense to back me up I dont want to get into shootouts if I can help it. Fourth I want a good competitve league that coordinating a team is a must.
If your team is at or above cap 46 send me a pm and we will talk. I am interested in a DC job also but I want to run a 3-4/4-3 hybrid for a cap 46 and under team except Pee Wee and no team under cap 26. Same rules as the OC except I need a good offense to back me.
