Blocking: 12.55
Speed: 61
Tackling: 20
Agility: 50.55
Throwing: 8
Jumping: 12.55
Catching: 12.55
Stamina: 18
Carrying: 12.55
Vision: 51

Confidence: 12.55
Punting: 8

My SS currently looks like the above. What steps do you think I should take to develop him further?

My current plan involves capping speed at 74/78 cap and then agility to 74 cap, while keeping tabs on vision and moving it up to 50 or so. I think I should be upping strength to something decent, maybe around 20-25 min for now.

I'd like to get JUMPING to 40 so I can get BALL HAWK VA when I reach them, but that is still a couple of seasons away yet.

Also what training should I be doing for now?

Thanks for any constructive criticism you'd like to make. I'm not an expert, in fact I'm not even American or in a country where the game is played at all, so I really need the help I hope that you can give me.

Spending SP's to get to 78 speed is overkill i would say. Go to 74 Max and let natural gains take care of the rest. rest of the plan seems pretty good.

As for training, its perfectly good to train agi/vis up to 52/53ish. Then combinations of Strength/Tackling Strength/Jumping Stamina/Jumping.
