When's the best time to start doing this? I'd heard level 25 was a good time, then heard that waiting 'til level 40 is best. Any advice?

eq is good to get at a lower level as well, most of the time its not great, but its better than the normal equipment at lower levels. When you can start shopping for 4 pieces (I think its past level 30) you can find a great one and just sell the older AEQ piece and invest in the new one.

I have AEQ on all of my players.. Even my level 3 PB.

I don't shop until level 41 (5 pieces to choose from per shopping token). I build my dots for the long term though.

I would not recommend anyone shopping before level 31 (4 pieces at a time).
