Well first thing, take those +3 on Carrying and put them into speed or agility then either intensely train catching/jumping OR carrying/catching... make sure you take Speed higher.
I'm going to make a wild guess that you stopped playing for a few seasons (since season 10) and came back this season.

Train catching and put all sps in catching for the rest of your career and you will be fine
