I was wondering what people think is best for this. I've been experimenting with it but I'm just not sure what is best.

It differs by builds

if we knew what your build is, it could give us an idea of what to set it at, but what we say probably wont be perfect. you need to play around with the slider to find the "best spot"

i personally like my slider at about +67... but again, thats for my builds which are probably different than yours.

Some CB's want a loose cushion so they bait the throw from the QB. Other CB's want a tight cushion so they shutout their man. I prefer shutdown coverage, although the close proximity doesn't matter when the WR makes the catch anyway.

EDIT: I tried 0 with my CB after having it at -70 and was impressed with the results. As the player develops, I think you have more latitude as far as setting coverage distance.
