My Bears team is new to Gold, and I would like to add someone to my coaching staff who is experienced in Gold. This person would help me and my current staff adjust to life in the Gold league as well as give us tips on how/when to do certain things. While I wouldn't require it, I wouldn't mind if this person also looked over my tactics and gave tips on how to improve them, as well as helped with choosing specific tactics to use against each team.
While I would prefer someone who was in the Western Conference of Gold in S12 and/or S13, anyone with Gold experience would help. If you are currently on the coaching staff of a Gold team, I am OK with that as long as you are on a team in the Eastern Conference.
