I've DC'd for quite a few seasons, and OC'd.... Have had roles of head coach, co owner, and ST coach. I'm a very good recruiter. I'm usually in on build advice for every team I'm involved in. What I'd like to find is someone that could show me the ropes on the D play creator. I've done the regular defensive AI, but have never had time to tinker with the D play creator.

Im really needing a DC, i have a 18 cap minors, owned for 6 seasons and another 10 paid for. And i have a pee wee team, you could do both, or just one, it really dont matter, just need someone to run defense as i dont have the time i used to.

I have an elite 22 cap team that is very competitive, should make the playoffs. Had a great DC but he has too many things on his plate and needed to leave. He has an AI set up. If you would like to use that AI and just tweak on a game basis that would be fine. If you would rather just save that AI and build a new one that works too.

As DC you would have the ability to make offers, you would also have free reign to do as you would like in terms of schemes. Most of the players on the team are my own. The builds are fairly good, but I'm always willing to upgrade. Check it out and let me know.

That happens a lot, the very least someone could do is say if they are interested or not. A lot of people lack common courtesy in this game. I hope it is just this guy has been so busy instead of just ignoring.

I'm sure that's what it is. If he has a few people vouching for him, he probably knows what's up, meaning we aren't the only ones trying to recruit him. Regardless, enjoy the free bump.

he's a gm on my team. Forum GM and build specialist. so far he's actually pretty active and a good agent.
