Which is better for a MLB?

Depends on the scheme and the players in front of him. Both are probably good SAs to have for most MLBs.

I am probably not going to be on this team next season so players around him are really a good judge since I don't know what it will be like in the future. I'm just looking for a general idea.

What if I throw Superior Vision into the mix? Which of the 3 would be best?

I only have enough bonus tokens to upgrade one right now as my other piece is a keeper for sure. +% Break Block Chance and +% Intercept Chance.

id prefer SV and SB. monster hits will get you a couple FF a year but id rather get in on more tackles using the other two.

I don't know that I really think that's a good piece. Only if going specifically for a pass intercepting LB and building extremely unconventionally (ie second cap catching).
