The main thing I got out of it was the 90% flex return on players within a season of age. Good stuff.

Explain. So right now I get 100% flex back on players, but not on custom and boosting. Are you telling me that I can now get 90% back on the whole shebang?

No. You still get the 100% on player flex cost to create. You get 90% (instead of 70%) on CEQ and Boost flex spent.

Or at least that is how I understood it.

1-40 days old 90% return of CE/boost FP investment. For example, you created a WR (300 FP), equipped them with complete CE (900 FP), and boosted them 3 times (900 FP), you would receive 1,920 flex in return instead of 1,560.
41-80 days old 85% return of CE/boost FP investment. For example, you created a WR (300 FP), equipped them with complete CE (900 FP), and boosted them 3 times (900 FP), you would receive 1,830 flex in return instead of 1,560.

This sounds like it's directed for Pee-Wee so we are not wasting tons of flex points each season on CEQ and boosting.

My understanding is that it is targeted to implement s14 off season to be used in s15. I take that to mean that players retiring at the end of s14 (day 41ish) will take advantage of this.

the 300 use it or lose it flex was my idea btdub

I also suggested to have it so only a certain amount of people could make certain players but now it just seems like we will have even more QB's and HB's

I'll be using it to create 3 olinemen and then boost them all to get 90 flex back.

I got the impression from reading the OP that this is a one-time deal for retirement; if we retire during the NEXT offseason (starting day 41), we'll get extra FP credit back. But if we wait until the following season, it'll go back to the normal 70%. Basically a one-time offer to reset a new player so you can start over under the new rules. So it won't have any more long-term impact on pee wee than it will have on other areas of GLB (in fact less because the SAs and ALGs don't have as big an impact on early players as later players). But middawg is right, Season 15 will likely see a glut of players.

I admit that I didn't read all 86 pages to see if anybody said with certainty whether this bigger refund for young players was a permanent change or a one-time deal.
