6:1 cap agility
5:1 cap vision
2:1 cap catching
2:1 cap tackling
3:1 cap jumping

That is my opinion...I bet there will be a lot of different opinions on this.

Caps are here if that doesn't make sense: http://www.glbwiki.com/index.php?title=Ability_Softcaps

There's absolutely no way you can do all of that and still get enough SAs. I've never seen anyone tell you to put SPs into tackling, let alone TWO cap it.

I guess I am dealing with a lot of missed tackles in my secondary...maybe that is a bit of overkill....

It absolutely is. The only CB who should ever put sps in tackling is a CB2. Even then, I'd only go to the first cap after training to at least 40.

I still wouldn't put SP in tackling at CB2, just raise strength a little higher.

That's a bingo!

Not only does it help with making tackles, but with PDs as well....
