I can't seem to find a good balance with the QB tactics. Any advice and help would be appreciated.

My QB's http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1154584 completion percentage is not very good and he has thrown quite a few interceptions. I know he is getting pressured which is helping add to the problem, but any advice on his build and VA's would also be appreciated.

If you are getting a lot of dropped passes you could move towards more lofty passes rather than bullet...if you are throwing bullets.

Agility is more important than speed for a pocket passer. Vision is a bit low. Vision should be more important this season, but we'll see.

Also, look for +Pass Quality AEQ. Get 2 pieces if your lucky enough to find good ones.

I agree with DiMo. You've got quite a bit invested into SA's at this point into his career. Keep working on Vision through the season and go shopping. Good AEQ will keep you from having to heavily invest too much into Throwing.
