Is there a way to use a rushing QB and a Pasing QB? If so how would I set it up

there is a rudimentary way you could try this.
assign your QBs to the Custom QB1 and QB2 slots on the offensive depth chart.
then click the Formations tab on the depth chart page.
you can choose which custom QB - QB1 or QB2 is involved in any of the plays listed. just choose from drop down box. don't forget to click Update when you've finished.
