Both are a waste to train now. Cap them and train them some more, unless you only think you'll ever need 48 sta/con

It's fine to train them. It's just more worthwhile if you cap them first; it makes the training "worth" more.

Jumping is also an option; train with sta

Specifically, look at it this way:

Training an attribute at 43 gives you 16% gain on normal.
training the same attribute at 49 gives you 12% gain on normal. HOwever, each attr level is worth 2 SP, thereby making your training actually "worth" 24%.

And thanks. I just think everything's nicer when people are cordial with each other.

it makes plenty of sense, never looked at it that way
