Hello and thank you for reading a teams future press release for a team yet to be named or even purchased!
The reason for this thread is simple, im looking for 4 more qualified agents to help build something beautiful... something from the ground floor.. something done right. The way i see it, there are 2 things for certain about GLB.
1. Recruiting is a pain in the ass and no one truly likes doing it.
2. In the top levels, dots no longer matter, the front office, OC, DC and ST coach win the games.
So, how does one end the first problem and find a solution for the 2nd?
Simple....
Im looking for the best of the best and even the up and coming to join up on one team, to start from scratch, build the dots, mold the team to a thing of perfection and have a core of 9 agents each with 6 players running a team thru the minors all the way as far up as we can possible go as fast as possible in 11 seasons.
Each agent will be assigned a role on the team from day 1. These roles are as follows....
1. Offensive coordinator
2. Assistant Offensive coordinator
3. Defensive coordinator -Filled!
4. Assistant Defensive coordinator -Filled!
5. Special teams coach -Filled!
6. Scout #1 -Filled!
7. Scout #2
8. Scout #3
9. Owner and Scout #4 -Filled!
Each guy will assist with player development and the lil aspects of slow building, SA's and VA's to groom those players to work in the systems the agents and coords need them to be. We will never have to recruit, we will have a roster of 55 (1 agent will make 1 extra player) and we will never have any chem issues or terrible builds to worry about...
all we will have to do is scout, game plan and execute perfect dotball week after week.
Alli want is proven winners. guys who done game planning before. who worked with AI's in higher levels of GLB and won. Guys who are into GLB and play this game as if it was the only game in the world. People who wanna win, always.
If this sounds like you. if you have the experience in any of the above listed. if you have the flex and cash to build 6 players, buy each custom equipment and boost every season, then PM me a quick resume of your experiences here in GLB and why you should be part of the team that has no name as of yet!!!
