Rules:
1) Cap is Lvl. 30 or under.
2) Limit is 4 teams.
3) If people dont schedule the scrimmages, I'll flip a coin.
4) If you cant do the tournament for some reason. PM me.

Notes: 1st round ends on Season 14, Day 3.
