I've got 4 shopping tokens for my L 22 LB. What do you think, should I shop with them or not? If yes, why, and what should I look for? If not, why?

I would wait until at least level 30.

And why?

Better chance at more useful items, and you roll another piece.

You can if you want but like he said it's not ideal. 99% chance you won't find something worth keeper later in the game. If you don't slow build then you can if you want to win now.
