Is it a good idea to put my play setting on aggressive (go for picks) if my catching is not very good? I will still get pass deflections, right?

If you cant keep the catch, it will count as a PD
But you have to be very fast to go aggresive IMO
if you go for the int, and deflect it to the WR, he can just burn you right there

I'm level 14 and have 55 speed and 40 agility so I think I should be fine. Also I am only the nickel/dime back.

For reference, my best CB struggles on Aggressive mode.

what if the cb is at 40 speed and wr is 20.

well a 20 speed wr is very rare. you will only find that in cpu leagues. however my lvl 26 Cb i have set to aggressive and he does great. http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=562226

semi-agg is broken and so is medium

agg works as intended but success is limited imo

semi works for me just fine
medium is and always was, horrible

Not sure if that build can even be saved.

why is your catching so much higher than your agility and vision? all that catching and sticky hands, and hardly any ints.

You can't catch anything when you are always 5 feet away from the ball

aggressive is very worth while... in fact my corner plays best on aggressive. i switched to semi once during the season and had a terrible game.

Level 26 with 1 Attribute soft-capped.

I have 3 CB's, Level 16, and each has 3 Attributes cost-capped.

Aggressive is all I use for my players and the TACTICS my teams use.

I prefer aggressive. I'll change it some games if the DC asks. But, usually, he lets me set it to whatever I want. Season 5, my CB was #3 in INT and #1 in PD's for the league.
Season 6, my CB was moved to #3 CB to deal with slot WR's because our defense was having a problem with them. My CB's numbers went down- which I don't care about. The move shutdown an area where we were having problems.
