1) Must boost.
I don't mind if you boost early to get easy stats, and retire him at the end of the year, or if you boost late (before the playoffs) and have him for later seasons, but you must boost.
2) Must fully equip yourselves.
Custom would be nice, but isn't compulsory. Team will fund all equipment, so don't worry about running low on cash. I'll give max salary and bonus. No slow-builders
3) I aim to win my league.
I have a good roster so far and need to fill the gaps. Therefore, I will ONLY accept good builds. If you have <35 (after SP, before equipment) in your primary attribute, don't bother PMing me.
In exchange, you'll get some nice trophies for winning the league, hopefully, and maybe some nice player trophies too. You'll get build advice from a cast of guys who have all been Pro with multiple teams.
Needs:
1 Blocking FB
1 C
2 OT
1 receiving TE
1 blocking TE
3 WR (ideally at least one of those should be a blocker)
2 DT, ideally one pass-rusher, one run-stuffer
2 pass-rushing DE
1 run-stuffing MLB
2 pass-rushing OLB
4 speed-first CB's
2 speed-first SS
