Linebackers
NOTES: LOLB's need to be under 230 lbs or so, and be 6'1 to 6'3 I would say, considering they help with pass coverage often. They can't be too heavy though. Our ROLB's can be a little heavier considering most runs end up on the strong side, but keep them light. Our inside linebackers should all be around 250 lbs.

Just an FYI

Sorry to those agents that were sent an offer without being notified first or spoken to by a representative of Wam.
That is not how we operate, we have some new recruiters they are diligently working hard to fill positions and I commend that.
However we do not just put offers on the street without making contact to the prospected agent. I will get this cleaned up.

I do not like that when that happens to me. (and it does often) So I wanted to man up and apologize for anyone that has received an offer without being contacted first.
