Actually, that is EXACTLY what he is, he's NOT a rushing QB, he IS a scrambling QB. No false advertisement here, just someone who doesn't know the difference between a SCRAMBLING QB and a RUSHING QB, there is a BIG difference!

Personally, I would recommend moving all Equipment into speed, do that and I'll give you a shot on the 38 cap team I OC for, I'm still looking for a scrambler/rusher, prefer rusher, but with 60+ speed with equipment I'd try you for a season.
