I need 4 Teams

What experience do you have?

4 teams?? no offense to your experience you may have, but i wouldnt want you just for that reason. If some are casual that may reduce the load but i find 2 teams to be complicated enough as a full time DC. I'm not sure how much prep and AI work i could do managing 4. I do wish you luck on the job though.....if you can handle it, than i guess your better tasker than me, or just have more time on your hands.
