I have a speed HB with very high strength and average carrying with both elusive and power SA's, will his elusive SA's still fire if I run him on a -51 setting (power)?

Here's more info:
Strength: 83.11
Speed: 114.11
Agility: 85.78
Carrying: 62.11
Vision: 61.2
Confidence: 43.11

Elusive 6 3 5 3 9
Power 2 2 3 3 2

I want to switch his slippery VA's to Bruiser and run him on -51, but will his spin SA still fire?

I can tell you that this season running on +65, I did not see his power SA's fire once. I realize they are low but I would have thought they would have fired occasionally.

Spin will fire no matter what. It is attribute dependent, not run slider dependent.

Doubt power SA's will fire more running on -51... but I don't really know and you should definitely try it and see if you like it better before you take my word as fact.

try the slider deal in preseason and if he seems to run decent at -51 then swap to bruiser before the reset expires
