For the level cap he's in, it's about a 7 or 8.
Overall, it's about a 3. Inefficient cap building, SP usage, etc. (early SA as well)
Not taking speed to 77 (or 80) off the bat hurts the build in the long run.

It's a 3, but it's not totally shot to hell or anything. It just won't be as good as it could have been.

It's a 3, but it's not totally shot to hell or anything. It just won't be as good as it could have been.
